On 28th April 2023, Mr. Hitender Mehta, Managing Partner, CENTRUM LEGAL addressed Masterclass for Directors organised by the Institute of Directors (IOD) at New Delhi. Mr. Mehta gave an overview of the Companies Act, 2013 from Directors’ perspective. The Masterclass was attended by senior management representatives of PSUs, eminent companies and service sector firms.
